How do I create an account to place a bid?

  1. Create an account by clicking ACCOUNT > CREATE ACCOUNT link in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
  2. Fill in your information on the secure registration page
  3. Read and agree to the Bidding Terms
  4. Click Submit and now your account is created.

How can I update my credit card or account information?

  1. Access your Profile Settings by clicking ACCOUNT > LOGIN in the upper right hand corner of your screen and logging into your account.
  2. Once you are logged in, click "Account" in the upper right hand side of the screen.
  3. Click "Credit Cards". Here, you will be able to update your credit card information.

How can I change my notification settings?

  1. Access the Preferences within your account settings by selecting which method you would like to be notified
  2. Save your settings.

How do I get my bidding username to bid? 

You must create an online username and password to use when bidding by clicking here or following the steps above. Use this username and password when bidding on Rowell Auctions, Inc. and other MarkNet Alliance member’s auction websites.

Is my information secure?

Yes, all personal information and credit card information is stored on a secure server and transmitted with 128-bit encryption.
