The seller's goal
Before they called us, the owners had been approached by several people about buying the land privately. Because so many people were interested, they wanted to see how high the price could go, and an auction let buyers compete openly.
The property
The land is in a highly desirable part of Colquitt County. With a mix of cropland, timber and ponds, it appealed to a wide range of buyers.
How we sold it
We used direct mail, online listings, email invitations, a strong social media campaign, newspaper ads, signs, and outreach to local real estate brokers to put the property in front of buyers with real buying power.
