Bidding Ends Friday, April 20, 6:00pm
 
Open House inspection same day, Friday, April 20, 9am until 3pm.
 
Items are being sold from (2) Locations. 
 Location #1 - Fulton Springs Rd, Alabaster, Alabama
Location #2 - Columbiana, Alabama
FARM DIRECTIONS: From downtown Columbiana, take Hwy 28 approx 5 miles towards Lay Lake.  Turn left onto hwy 77.  (NOTE:  Hwy 77 will also turn right, but go pass it and turn left onto the next 77).  Go 1 mile and turn right onto Crumpton Cemetary Rd.  1/2 mile to barn. 
 
Pickup!  If you purchase an implement and need it loaded, you will need to be on the farm first thing Saturday morning.  We will use the John Deere to help you load.  Winning bidder of this tractor will need to wait until after lunch to get it.  If you do not come before lunch, you will need to arrange your own loading.

You will be able to participate in this auction which ends at 6:00pm as well as the Utility Fleet Vehicle Auction which ends at 7:00pm.  Open House same day and same location for both sales.  NOTE farm equipment located in Columbiana, Alabama. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
15% online buyers premium on this farm and equipment auction.  Alagasco auction has a 10% buyers premium.  You will receive 2 separate invoices for the two different auctions. Remember, this farm & construction equipment auction ends at 6pm and the Alagasco auction ends at 7pm.
Auction Terms:



Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and Pearce & Associates Auctioneers.



All disputes will be settled in Shelby County, Alabama.



We encourage you to inspect the items in person.

If purchases are not settled within 3 business days of the close of the auction,

it is in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed on Pearce &

Associates Auctioneers auctions as well as MarkNet auctions and

will be charged for the merchandise. Defaulted items will be forfeited back to

the owner or Pearce & Associates.



No refunds will be given.

Pearce & Associates Auctioneers reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time for any reason.



There will be a 15% buyer�s premium added to final bid price.

Sales tax collected unless you provide Pearce with a copy of your tax resale certificate.



Bidding info- When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to

your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the

computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.



This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend

in 10 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are

no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes.



Pearce & Associates Auctioneers have put forth every effort to make accurate

description of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are

matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However, all items are sold As

Is Where IS. You are responsible for your own inspection during inspection

periods.



No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted.



All sales are final! A bid is a legal binding contract

between you and Pearce & Associates Auctioneers.



Pearce & Associates reserve the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.



All accounts must be settled for at the end of the auction. Payment must be made with

cash, a cashier�s check, money order, bank wire, credit card or checks with a bank

letter of guarantee unless approved by the auction company. Final purchase price will

include sales tax & buyer�s premium. Sales tax will be collected unless you are tax

exempt and can provide us with a copy of your tax exemption certificate. Non Alabama

residents are exempt from paying sales tax on vehicles. If payment is not received

within 3 days accounts due will be charged to your credit card.

Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account.
