Atlanta, GA -- A total of 126 properties across the state of Georgia have been slated for bank ordered auction this month. The auctions will be conducted by Rowell Auctions, Inc., a well-trusted auction firm located in Moultrie, Georgia that continues to advance the online real estate auction market through the ease of Internet bidding. The newest auction news for the state of Georgia comes at a prime time as the bidding market in the south is heating up and ready for the start of the summer season

The properties up for auction in this diverse and well represented lot encompass a large portion of Georgia. Locations included in the auction include properties in Auburn, Bowersville, bowman, Covington, Conyers, Decatur, Elberton, Ellijay, Good Hope, Hartwell, Lavonia, Loganville, McDonough, Monroe, Royston, Social Circle, Stephens and Walnut Grove.

Contract packages will be delivered to the highest bidder via email, who must fax or email back to Rowell Auctions, Inc. within 48 hours of receipt. The successful bidders who do not execute or return contracts within 48 hours will be subject to an administrative fee which are non-refundable.

The identity of bidders will be verified on the Rowell Auctions, Inc. website. Bidding rights are provisional and if complete verification cannot be reached, Rowell Auctions, Inc. will reject the registration, and any activity related to bidding will be terminated.

Buyers are also allowed to use their own attorney or title company to examine the title of the properties. However, auction and contract terms will ultimately govern the sale. Buyers can be assured they are not responsible for the property before closing date.

Brokers may also participate in this auction. A two percent bid price commission is available to brokers who are properly registered. All interested brokers must adequately register prior to bidding on RowellAuctions.com

According to the terms of the auction, "In all transactions, the auctioneer is acting as agent for the seller, not as buyer’s agent. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party, deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller, at any time. At auctions with reserve, the seller and/or auctioneer reserves the right to bid. On all other auctions, auctioneer reserves the right to bid on auctioneer’s behalf when permitted by law."
